Our company mission is simple. Help those with mobility issues find mobility solutions by developing vehicles that allow them to travel with comfort and dignity. The MV-1 was designed for just such a purpose. Headquartered in South Florida, The Vehicle Production Group LLC (VPG) is proud to produce this versatile, unique and thoughtful vehicle that was built from the ground up specifically for the members of the disability community and those who help service them.
Assembled by AM General LLC at their facility in Mishawaka, Indiana. The MV-1 meets the "Buy America Act" requirements for domestic content required for funding by the Federal Transit Administration. The MV-1 is a unique mobility solution for the 21st Century and will be built right here in the USA.

Hugh S Leshley, Certified MV-1 Brand SpecialistHugh comes to us after 30 years in the music business. In 1997, after spending most of his life as a road musician, his wife, Cheryl, gave birth to their only child, a daughter named Phoebe. He retired from music, moved to Augusta and entered the car business where he has spent the last 14 years serving the automobile needs of his customer base. When John and Saretta first posed the idea of bringing the MV-1 to Parks Motors, he immediately knew he had found a product he could sink his teeth into. For the past year he has studied and oriented himself to the MV-1 and recently passed his Brand Specialist Certification.
Saretta Culver was in San Francisco when she saw a vehicle that caught her eye. She just had to know "what is that thing?" After some basic research, she became more and more intriqued with the VPGauto Group and the MV-1.Being active in the community she could see a need for the MV-1. Her personal experience with the wheelchair community helped her in becoming the driving force for Parks Motors to become the only authorized MV-1 dealer in the state of Kansas. Saretta enjoys making all her customers feel welcome and appreciated. She creates a positive working environment for all her employees. When she is away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her son Grant perform triathlons. Most importantly, Saretta takes pleasure in giving back to the community and raising money for charity. She has finished a walk for Breast Cancer and raised over $6000 walking 60 miles in 3 days! She is excited to have our new MV-1 dealership open for business and eager to better service all our customers.
Parks Motors is a full-line Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-RAM dealership that was founded more than 60 years ago by Fannie Parks when her husband was called to duty for World War II. Originally, the dealership was housed in downtown Augusta, Kansas. It was operated by members of the Parks family until 1990, when John (dealer principal shown in the picture above) & Saretta Culver purchased the business. The family run flavor of Parks has continued to grow under the Culver ownership. Parks Motors of Augusta is staffed by a group of dedicated and valued employees. Parks' employees are our greatest asset and are considered part of the family. Each member of our staff is empowered and expected to take care of the customers as first priority. We pride ourselves on low-turnover of our employees, and know that you'll feel the difference at Parks. This philosophy is tough to find and is a large part of the success that Parks Motors has achieved.In 1993, Parks moved into a new 60 acre facility on Highway 54 just five miles west of Augusta and 9 miles east of Wichita. The Chrysler Five Star Award for Excellence has been bestowed on Parks Motors since 1994. The award is given only to dealerships that best exemplify a high standard of doing business a certain way - putting the customer first. The Parks Motors Service Department has been ranked as high as 5th in the Nation among all Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-RAM Dealerships in Customer Satisfaction.
In 2006, Chrysler awarded Parks Motors the rank of the #2 five-star Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM dealership in the United States.
