Similarities between the Journey SE and SXT
On the inside, both the SE and SXT trims of the 2018 Dodge Journey provide comfortable seating for up to seven passengers as well as plenty of cargo space. Both models come with premium cloth seats and standard Radio 4.3 with a 4.3-inch touch-screen display. Standard elements include a USB charging port, Keyless Go™, and so much more.
In terms of performance, both the Journey SE and SXT are equipped with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. Both models also offer the option to upgrade to all-wheel drive as well as a 3.6-liter V6 engine (with AWD only on the Journey SE).
Additional features and options on the Journey SXT
Since it is higher in the Dodge Journey lineup, the SXT trim has a number of additional options. For instance, drivers can choose from two more color options and upgrade to a six-speed automatic transmission. The Dodge Journey SXT also adds the following features:
